Before that, I was a HUGE slut. Loved it, did what I wanted, had a great time. The handful of guys with a double-standard got kicked out of bed. ;) Can't get any of them to stick? I was engaged to 7 guys. I broke it off every time. Why? Cause none of them were a good match for me. Good enough for sex is not good enough for the rest of my life. And frankly, it's easier to be alone than with the wrong person. Meanwhile, the sex was nice. I like sex. I like it a lot. Saw no reason to go without just cause I hadn't found "the one". My husband is my best friend as well as my lover, which is a good thing as it turns out that even the most highly sexed couple spend most of their time NOT having sex. ;) He is the RIGHT one for me (and vice-versa) and it's not got a lot to do with sex (though sex is still something I like!) And I'm darned glad none of the others "stuck" as I was single when I met the most amazing man on the planet - for me. Hubby can count his sex partners on two hands. I can't count mine, but it's got to be triple digits at least. Doesn't matter... and it wouldn't have mattered even more extreme, if he'd been a virgin and I'd been a prostitute, or vice-versa. Cause it just doesn't matter. If you have done what you CHOSE, then anyone who loves you will love the path you took to becoming you. If it DOES matter, they're not the right one - they're "loving" a fantasy of you, rather than you. I’ve been married for ten years.
